California’s birds, butterflies, mountain lions, salmon, frogs, and so many other animals are depending on our state leaders to fulfill their commitment.
Unless SB 131 is fixed, we will see significant habitat loss and harm to ecosystems that California’s threatened & endangered species depend on.
On June 30, the Legislature passed, and the Governor signed SB 131 – a sweeping CEQA rollback that threatens wildlife, biodiversity, and community health.
Lawmakers vowed to fix SB 131 before the end of the legislative session, but their time to do so is running out.
