“you’re infuriating. you know that?” glinda took a step back and sighed, shaking her head.

“take me to your quarters.” she demanded, doing her best to put up a front of resistance.

gnawing on her bottom lip, she turned to look at him and pressed a single digit to his chest to push him away to the best of her might.

“just one drink.” she narrowed her eyes at him. she didn’t look threatening or intimidating at all, but she tried to be firm.

“mhm, yeah, right.” rolling her eyes, she turned her back to him and let out a deep breath to compose herself.

how long did he intend on staying in the emerald city for this? it was still her birthday week, but still. he was infuriating to her.

“i am not impressed by the way.” crossing her arms over her chest, she huffed as she glared at him.

“good. i want to be with you and that’s what makes me happy.” she whispered as she kissed him lovingly.

“it’s not ideal, but as long as i’m with you then i don’t care.” she said as she placed her hand over his.

“i will have none as long as i get to be with you.” she said as she laced their fingers together, keeping her gaze on his.
