Not all US military members are good. War is bad. This is not an endorsement of US foreign policy or the war in Iraq.
It is a specific example of the standards to which the US mil is trained & ICE is clearly not.
It is a caution.

It is nowhere near its target goals for its intended uses. People aren't paying to use it; they're subsidizing its training. It's a scam.
