Yeah, I like the way his potential dark side contrasts with with sweeter moments and his hedonistic tendencies! He has the potential to be a really fun character, especially in contrast to Izzy’s external grumpiness but guarded vulnerability and desire for approval!

Also, the way Lucius grins at Izzy’s mutiny in season one made me think he might be a bit of a sadist, so I would have loved to see him have a corruption arc that was actually fun

I mean, I basically wrote one of the…earlyish? fics kinda like that and I loved season two Lucius, lol. Like, I hate that the show traumatized him in the specific way that it did but I would have enjoyed seeing him continue to be unhinged for a bit and how Izzy could have dealt with that.
