We always have a pasta course for TG and it’s always homemade pasta. I’ve been doing stuffed pastas for several years now but wanted to go back to basics with tagliatelle. Dressed with pistachio pesto, which was a big hit. Nothing like fresh pasta. 😎

Tomorrow egg-fried rice with a few veggies which I’ll keep for lunches this week. I have assorted meats I’ve cooked, vacuum sealed, and frozen for some protein toppers. 🍚

If your wife also wants 3 scrambled eggs, don’t make 6 scrambled eggs, make 7. Somehow, 6 scrambled eggs divided in two portions does not equal 3 scrambled eggs each.
