I had two favs this year: Khemjira and Shine.

I like it when shows move the genre into new territory. Khemjira takes #ThaiBL folklore & horror to a new level. And Shine moves us squarely into M/M drama and ups the politics of #NotMe Both are great!

This was my favorite GMMTV show of the year!

I bet when the Yakuza threaten Peach, we’re going to see scary Thee real quick!

I was pleased that Thee didn’t immediately throw money at the orphanage though I hope he secretly starts supporting it and that he and Peach adopt the boy who’s sister has already been adopted! I love that we’re seeing his growth as a character.

Of course I’m going to keep watching, but I have to admit it’s not good so far. The flirtatiousness is cringe, and what I think is supposed to be comedy is questionable at best. Maybe it will get better?
