The Hiroshima Peace Museum has a collection of timepieces. When we were doing our Japan trip, I contacted them to see if we could photograph some of the timepieces. They said yes.

I'll have to check it out, to be honest I don't keep an eye on GF, people want deconstructions of watches that are more affordable and GF has not been open to a deconstruction,I have reached out on several times. But I didn't know they had a book, I'll have to look into that.

I recently made a trip to a workshop that is meant to be 3 hours from my place, unfortunately the motorway was closed and 3 hours turned into 5 one way. I had turn back, unfortunately the motorway is closed for a while. I will have to find an alternative.
