Grady et al. (2025) have summarised what works when communicating physical activity messages with adolescents. They describe the communication process in relation to who, what, where and how messages have been communicated to date. They look at how messages have been evaluated and what is the state of the evidence regarding the effectiveness of the messages communicated. What a powerful authorship team, well done to you all 👏 Lots of food for thought and will no doubt generate a lot of discussion. Very clear recommendations but I'm interested in who you define as "PA professionals", practitioners, researchers, service providers, policy makers, or all of the above?
