18.11.2024 21:40 — 👍 5 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0The resistance is acting in a manner that maximises the protection of its people.
In a manner that strives towards victory, not vengeance.
In a manner that brings us closer to justice not through killing, but through liberation.
We are not our enemy. We do not act like them.
Thus we conclude that there is neither strategic gain to such acts that is not already being achieved, nor is there any moral imperative to engage in them.
We all desire vengeance, but there is no vengeance sweeter than that of victory, God-willing.
The only possible strategic gain of targeting civilians would be pressuring the enemy's so-called home front.
But this is exactly what the resistance is already doing masterfully, without having to resort to war crimes like our enemy does.
The reality is that this enemy is capable of greater destruction than us, and has no moral qualms about massacring millions.
Punishing them through targeting civilians will only bring more punishment onto our own people- the people the resistance has sworn to protect.
There is no strategic gain to deliberately targeting enemy civilians, beyond an animalistic need for vengeance.
I cannot blame anyone for feelings I myself have had- but the miracle here is that the resistance is capable of overcoming this need and acting to ensure victory, not vengeance.
The operations of the Islamic Resistance are based not only on military-strategic considerations, but very much also moral-religious ones, guided as much by their immutable beliefs as by their tactical mastery.
Morals cannot be abandonded simply because the enemy has abandoned them.
But this simply does not justify mimicking the actions of our murderous, inhuman, bloodthirsty enemy.
This enemy and its US master will go down as the absolute worst villains of history, second to none.
And if we lower ourselves to their level, we would be right there with them.
After over a year of endless abject carnage and inhuman destruction, people have become desensitized to the criminality of such scenes.
It is understandable, on a human-emotional level, the desire to see our enemy suffer in the manner that we have suffered.
The target of this attack has not yet been announced, but it will almost certainly be an enemy military base situated within the occupation capital.
As to whether this damage was caused by a misfiring interceptor or indeed a misfiring resistance missile, the intended target was military.
Indeed, just today (Nov. 18th), central "Tel Aviv" was struck by missile fire from Lebanon (in retaliation to the enemy hitting civilians in central Beirut on three separate occasions), demonstrating that the resistance very much have the capacity for such escalation: it is only a matter of time.
18.11.2024 21:15 — 👍 4 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0A further question arises: these settlers, who are being displaced all the way down to "Tel Aviv" - what becomes of them in future stages of the war, when the occupation capital is given the same treatment as occupied Haifa now?
Remember, the resistance plans in the longests of terms.
The attack was pre-empted by rocket fire to exhaust the Iron Dome, allowing more direct hits to be achieved.
This continuous exhaustion of the Iron Dome has also meant that interceptors are being rushed through production with minimal quality control, further increasing the likelihood of misfires.
Additional strategic ramifications of this multi-pronged attack include a demonstration of the extensive missile capabilities and incredible coordination in the ranks of the resistance: here the battlefield itself refutes the enemies claims of destroying resistance capabilities.
18.11.2024 21:15 — 👍 6 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0This attack left no safe spaces, no illusion of safety for its settlers, who will continue to leave the occupied city in droves, as they already do.
Ali Mortada, speaking on Al-Mayadeen, said we are past the point of equating Haifa to Kiryat Shmona- it is now beyond that. This is very significant.
And this is not even the end of it: this was only phase 1.
Phase 2 began on Nov. 16th, when occupied Haifa came under a simulatenous five-pronged attack, aimed at five military bases all around the city, bringing it entirely under the danger of missiles- and of course, their own interceptors.
Of couse, the fact that there are endless such targets to hit is another exquisite case of "every accusation is an admission". The enemy's incessant cries of 'human shields!' are false accusations against the resistance, but very much a reality in the occupation entity.
18.11.2024 21:15 — 👍 9 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Furthermore, as Sheikh Qassem has said, misfiring Iron Dome interceptors become self-defeating assets, crashing into civilian areas and posing real dangers on civilian life.
Their civilians are thus endangered, first by their own military placements, and then through their own misfiring missiles.
As the enemy pronounces war goals that inlcude "returning settlers to the north", we've been watching Haifa started to gradually be emptied of its settlers.
This is of high strategic value: the enemy's war goals are being not only denied, but even reversed.
But hitting these legitimate military targets also means 10s (sometimes 100s) of thousands of settlers rush to shelters, disrupting daily life and further widening the circle of displacement that has paralysed settler society.
The effects of this on the occupation entity are hard to exaggerate.
Primarily, this equation centers on retaliation against attacks on Lebanese civilians by targeting enemy military positions embedded within the civilian infrastructure of the entity.
A much more valuable use of ammo, that has real military ramifications, even if censorship keeps them out of sight.
