I’ve never heard of a “law enforcement” agency putting an officer who just killed someone back on the street under 24 hours. It looks like this man was shot for getting back up after being beaten in the face with a can of pepper spray. I counted 12 shots.

ICE is a derelict extra-constitutional occupying force that must be abolished. Solidarity forever with Minneapolis.

This is all EXTREMELY fluid right now. The situation is very bad, that much is clear. But this is all initial reporting from observers. There will likely be video, maybe a lot of it.

Initial report is that two observers got into a shoving match with eight agents, one observer was wrestled to the ground, and then an ICE agent pulled out a sidearm and shot the man on the ground five times.

If initial reports are true, they shot someone who they'd wrestled to the ground. Potentially an observer. These agents must be arrested and brought to justice.

Sounds like another extremely bad situation in Minneapolis this morning.
