Calendar, it will automatically highlight everybody that I have to do a 3-month quarterly report on that particular month. I also have a separate spreadsheet that tracks my times for court and will give me an auto sum at the end of every month of how many hours

And also see the people that I still need to see. When I check the checkbox it also grays their name out so I can see at a glance which names I still need to see. I have to write reports on my people every 3 months, so I also have something going that if I change the month at the top of my (3)

I have to see them at least once per month, so I have a checkbox by their name that if I check that it automatically takes them off of my "to see" counter and adds one to my "seen" counter, so at a glance I can see how many people I have already billed for this month (2)

Okay so I have all of my patients record number, last name, first name, their paperwork dates and their yearly assessment dates, their insurance companies and mco's, the other services at my agency that they're involved in, and birthdays because I like sending them a happy birthday text (1)
