A steady flow, but I imagine some larger ones may take longer to make the move. X has seen a significant drop overall in users.

Some have 'left' as in profile is live but no posting/engagement. Some gone completely.

When can we have a Twitter-esque exodus from Meta/Facebook?

The platform is becoming a cesspit for hate, misinformation, and marketing - and our overreliance on it for social, business, or promotion gives it way too much power (& data)

3: Rest! Go for a walk, nap, drink your tea away from your computer, and actually take a lunch break

4: Be kind to yourself. We are in the middle of winter, you've just spent a couple of weeks in 'off' mode, & energy is low. 100% is probably not gonna happen today

2024's kindness advent: 24 notes for my son about why he's wonderful.

It's been so lovely to watch him open this first every morning (before chocolate!) and I've noticed an increase in his own confidence and sharing words of affirmation with others 🖤
