I use Ente as well, as an interesting alternative, I'm also currently trying out @zeitkapsl.eu an end-to-end encrypted photo service based in Austria (so fully within the EU). It's still relatively new, but definitely worth checking out, especially if strong privacy is a top priority for you :-)
