The official tally of the votes of the residents of Jacob Riis Houses was announced yesterday afternoon, clearly indicating that the residents chose to remain in Section 9 over privatization. The final result was 667 votes (64.3%) to remain in Section 9 and 367 votes (35.7%) to convert to PACT.

We asked Jacob Riis residents why they voted NO on RAD PACT. Here is what they said:
