Anglian Windows GMB Members Say NO to Pay Offer

Between 22–30 July, GMB London Region balloted members at Anglian Windows on the company’s third pay offer. Despite being the third offer, members stood united in rejecting what they see as an insufficient deal that fails to reflect their hard work.

🚨 Waltham Forest Refuse Workers Reject Pay Offer

97% of outsourced refuse workers in Waltham Forest, employed by FCC Environment, have rejected a 3.2% pay offer. The deal falls below inflation and does little to tackle pay inequality. 📉

💥 A ballot for industrial action could follow.

🚨 16 Tesco workers at the Yeading store submitted a collective grievance in April over two years of alleged bullying by a manager. 4 months later - no outcome. No investigation. No accountability. Now the same manager is reportedly targeting staff again.

Our members deserve to be heard. ✊
