Si lo piensan, los trenes de López Aliaga encapsulan bien los proyectos públicos de la derecha limeña más elemental: importar tecnología decadente para empeorar un problema colectivo, todo bajo un esquema mercantil e improvisado, potencialmente doloso, y presentarlo como un token de "desarrollo".
