- Restructure Congresional benefits and remove the ability to set pay and benefits from Congress.
- Institute term limits.
- Remove districting design from elected representatives at all levels.
- Make Social Security effective and fiscally responsible, and the same with Medicare.
- Enforce (the real) immigration laws.
- No new taxes.
- Simplify the tax code. Fewer regs, many fewer words in the code, less code is simpler code.
- Ignore the whataboutism. Ignore the ad hominem attacks.
- Remove ALL contributions from politics: yours, mine, theirs. No PACs. No corporate contributions. Fund campaigns with tax dollars, and every candidate gets the same funding.
- Limit campaigns to three months. The elected need to spend time governing, not campaigning.
@abigailspanberger.com: I have a not at all humble suggestion for the βrebuttalβ. Do not spend a single moment addressing the lies, fabrications, and personal attacks he will most surely spew. Not one second.
Spend your time telling us what you will do to get this country back on track:
With all the fraud, spam, phishing, and the like going on, I decided to consolidate various things we've learned about personal account and data security. And there's a clip from "Marathon Man" you won't want to miss. And music. Always music.
