You know how Garfield and Snoopy have all these alter egos, like Garfield being the caped avenger, or Snoopy being a World War I pilot or a world famous writer? Maybe Peter the cat being a sedevacantist monk, Catholic-Mormon, you tuber, streamer etc could be his own alter egos in a similar vein.

This was 16 years ago so I don't remember what I was doing lurking on the forums. Probably just researching random things. I saw a random thread where people were reacting to a MHFM video where they called John Corapi a heretic (this was before Corapi was disgraced and left public life).

I first learned about sedevacantists in 2010 on the Catholic Answers forums (back when those still existed) and saw a thread talking about Most Holy Family Monastery. At first I thought MHFM were parodists like Edward Current until I found MHFM's wiki page and was like oh shit, they're serious!

It’s March now. I‘d like to clear more memory from my twitch highlights and repost them to you tube but when I’m done with that, I have a few cooking stream ideas.

Ho-oh perched on top of the ice cream, surprising everyone. “On second thought, I am the legendary bird Pokémon of eternal happiness! Gimmie the ice cream!” Woodstock was confused again at another bird competing to be the center of attention. Agumon sighed, “Every party has a pooper it seems…”

Agumon proclaimed, “As a token of mutual friendship between Pokémon and Digimon for 30 years, I gift the legendary happiness bird Pokémon this ice cream!” Woodstock was delighted to receive a treat! But Ho-oh was displeased. “What?! I didn’t know there’d be ice cream! That should be mine!”

Woodstock was still confused why everyone was parading around him. Mega Man asked “Are we sure this is a legendary bird Pokémon of eternal happiness? The only feeling he gives me is eternal awkwardness.” Churchy replied, “Show respeck to our guest of honor, Mega! Let‘s give our guest his gift!”

“I wore my best armor for this Pokémon celebration! How do I look?” X asked. Zero sighed. “You look fine X, stop asking!” Axl giggled. ”You’re just jealous X gets more outfits than you, Zero! Do you wish your maker left you a bunch of capsules with hidden armors?” “Shut up, Axl.“

Ho-oh tricked everyone into thinking Woodstock was a legendary bird Pokémon. A procession around Woodstock formed for Pokémon’s 30th anniversary. Ho-oh flew over, laughing at everyone’s gullibility. “It’s nice not having anyone bother me. I’ll just enjoy watching everyone honor this pathetic bird!”

Also, I finally got a Switch2 yesterday. Time for me to get lost in Mario Kart World’s Battleworld-like racetrack land, and play the Metroid Prime game that was delayed for so long, it almost rivals Metroid Dread in development trouble. And yet Sakamoto beat Retro Studios by releasing Dread first!

Happy 30th birthday to a franchise that confused all our parents when we were younger. I couldn‘t find my childhood copy of Pokemon red, so here’s a Japanese copy I bought from a used game store to substitute. Maybe I should draw my characters in hilariously bad Red/Green style pixel art?

Asides from the Oobu Joobu Ecology CD, I also found a bootleg of a concert Paul McCartney and Neil Young did in 2004 for a charity event, I think it was the Adopt-a-Minefield Gala. This is a very nicely designed CD cover for a bootleg!

I'm unsure lol. He could have just stuck with his own name and be Peter II. Or make up a furry name like Pope Felinus and wear that name as a badge at cons. But whether he stayed with his own name or picked a papal name, there would be weirdos insisting he fulfills the supposed Malachi prophecy.

I also just learned that bishops are usually referred to as "most reverend" and not just "reverend" like a regular priest. So that'll be a little mistake I'll fix when I post this on dA, fA and Weasyl.

I'll probably use this chibi drawing of Peter along with a colored version of my earlier sketch as graphics for when I read Chick Tracts on Twitch. I guess I could edit out the Book of Mormon from Peter's hand and replace it with whatever tract I read on stream.

I was surprised to get comments on Discord calling these sketches of my characters as Mormons cute. Not the reaction I expected! So I'm doubling down on the cuteness and drawing Peter as a Catholic-Mormon in the style of the anime Catholic mascot Luce. I can't decide which eyes I prefer.

Flashback to 2013 when Peter tried (and failed) to get elected pope after Benedict XVI quit. Of course, a second pope being named Peter would result in Armageddon because of a dubious prophecy from St Malachi. Peter has had an odd journey from Catholic, to sedevacantist monk, to Catholic-Mormon.

I see you found a copy of Ecology also. According to wiki, there’s only 3,000 copies of them, yet I bought my copy dirt cheap.
