Blowing things up, kidnapping and killing foreign leaders, is good because it's Doing. Considering the consequences of Doing would be Thinking, which is weak and woke

No to fascism.
No to forever war.
No to occupation and genocide.
No to antisemitism and Islamophobia.

Also, my public university has had a testing office for at least 20 years, so if Harvard β€œrecently β€œ established the question is why they were so slow?

I don't care if Congress authorizes War on Iran. NO WAR ON IRAN. I want people to fucking reclaim their morality.

Welcome to Wyoming, the Frontier of America’s New Gilded Age

Incredible NYT economic reporting, Wyoming is the case study but it’s about the distortion created by giving away our country’s wealth to the billionaire (gift article): www.nytimes.com/2026/03/02/u...

I can't fucking believe we're doing this again.

We seem to have collectively decided, gradually and mostly out of apathy, that presidents can launch flagrantly unconstitutional wars of choice without congressional approval and there just won’t be any consequences. Would be nice if this is where we start reversing the trend.

The imperial presidency was a mistake. It has led to destruction of clean air and water, mass death abroad, destruction of cancer research, and now illegal war.

We must re-empower Congress, the most democratic branch, and a strong civil service. We can. But that will require Supreme Court reform.

Hi Bluesky - I'm Massachusetts' Attorney General. You might know me from suing President Trump nearly 50 times, beating Uber and Lyft in court, or being the first woman of color elected to statewide office in MA.

I officially left X today - help me find my MA people?

Idk but β€œeverything the president says or does has a he-makes-money-off-it angle” doesn’t seem like a good way to run a country

I feel so bad for the excellent career public servants at NSF. Every NSF officer I ever met was an accomplished PhD research scientist, many of them on leave from positions as professors because helping shape the future of U.S. and global science is such a privilege. What’s happening is a shonda. 😑

they hate DEI because qualified peopleβ€”including but not exclusively from underrepresented groupsβ€”β€œtook away” jobs from guys whose qualifications are 1) cronyism, 2) lack of scruples, and 3) narrow, short-term transactional view of science and engineering. 1/2

These new therapi are amazing and a source of great hope, and largely thanks to 40+ years of federal investment in mRNA research. Hope that our country changes from its current course of destroying the golden research goose that is saving lives,

It's going to be genuinely difficult to figure out how much money he and his family literally just took from US taxpayers. Don't even mean the crypto scam profiteering shit, like actual treasury money that by one mechanism or another he turned into his own money.

It’s not like there’s a shortage of technically qualified people for these positions! Wonder why no one with expertise is going for these positions….

Interesting : what to do with smart grid/demand management/ virtual power plants now that we know that the tech companies are totally fine with surveilling us in our homes and happy to hand over energy use data to ICE or DHS so they can make sure we aren’t hiding Anne Frank’s family in our attic.
