Back in the late 60's I got to see Henry Mancini conduct the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra outside at Three Rivers stadium. The first half of the show was all his music and the second half was the 1812 overture with cannons and fireworks. That was one hell of a concert.

Why do you think there was a difference in prison sentences between crack cocaine and powder cocaine. The crack cocaine which was largely used by inner City blacks had a much more severe penalty than powder cocaine used by white suburbanites.
