I would say my US is probably 50% now. I lost a lot of my highest US traffic posts with the updates.

Mine used to be over $20 but in the past 12 months they have just tanked. I know my traffic dropped but I’d have thought the rpm value should be similar. Is most of your traffic US though?

I think I had nuromol when mine was it’s worse. You’ll need ibuprofen rather than painkillers as you need to try and get rid of the inflammation. Heat packs can help, plus exercises (which are AWFUL when you start but it helps to free the trap)

Sounds like a trapped nerve? That’s happened to me quite a lot (upper, lower, shoulder)…down to desk work/posture. The only thing that fixes it for me are deep tissue massages, I go to a sports place, which is more for injuries rather than like a spa massage (you don’t take your top off)
