Certainly not something that this government seems likely to do, though. The Banker is going to focus on indirect actions that enrich capitalists rather than directly housing or feeding people.

I often wonder what it would be like if the federal government prioritized eliminating poverty in this country.

I'm not going to applaud the government for funding food banks because food banks are by definition, a policy failure 🙃
