I'm not exactly sure HOW I lost weight this week. I over indulged. I lifted heavier on most of my exercises. But I'll take it!
Latest gym pics from the tanning room. Bulking is going well but I had to break out some old pants as I outgrew my 30". With just over three more months to go, I thought it was wise to go up a pants size!
