I've never agreed with trying to force it on a goal drought, the risk of missing a pen too high... could destroy a player. Plus, he's missed some big ones, so fair play to him for having the balls.

McGree has been incredible, superb brain.

He's not in the same ilk as he team mates - maybe thats why managers keep playing him - but his decision making has to improve or he'll be nowhere near the team.

100%, also, using our ONLY spare CM in the starting 11 means weve got nothing to freshen it up when we need to tilt the balance. Hackney and Morris just need a good number 10 to take the creative responsibility.

Couldn't agree more. He's great moving between the lines, press, picking up loose balks, but is terrible in the final third. His assist stats are there for all to see.
