昨晚回复那位网友时，我提到一个很重要的提高讨论有效性减少不必要误解分歧的技术细节，却没人注意到。我说：“你既没明确认同老方说的（即便小概率也）是事实，却一本正经地做起了产品质量鉴定，…”。我的意思是，除非你的确认为老方使用的截屏是假的、你就是来反驳这个的，否则，如果你承认截屏是真的，但你有能够得出不同结论的更多不同截屏来供老方做更全面的评论，那么你应该先承认他说的是事实然后再说你的话。
先确认双方的共识，再进入下一步去谈论分歧。这样既可以让对方知道你不是来挑衅他的，又能明确双方的分歧到底在哪里。
