Two days ago it was Elissa Slotkin. Last week it was Jerome Powell. Before that, Mark Kelly. Weaponizing the justice system against your opponents is an authoritarian tactic.

The only person not being investigated for the shooting of Renee Good is the federal agent who shot her.

You and your wife drop your 6-year-old off at school. You just moved here. You see ICE terrorizing your new neighbors. You film them, as is your legal right. Your wife complies with orders. She is then shot in the head. You still have to pick up your child later today.

My firm of 60 lawyers is fighting in all 22.

Not a single big law firm is fighting along side us in any case.

Pardoned by Trump after convicted of 12 counts of bank fraud and tax evasion. Don’t have to pay back $17.8 million in restitution or serve 12 year sentence. Not Somalis.

The last five decades have been marked by an explosion in wealth inequality and a growing distrust of America’s institutions.

Many Americans believe that the system as a whole is rigged against them.
