Hey truck-bros. When the roads are icy, you should weigh down your beds with more than flags, bigotry, and truck nuts. A couple of sandbags would keep your boot lick mobiles from sliding around the road.

I delivered this little guy to my client today. It was modeled after their son's business log, and they were super happy. Hooray! Total relief, as we are all our worst critics. Now I want to put top hats and monocles on everything.

And Cabaret

I grated an entire cucumber into a tea towel and squeezed the juice out into my water. It turned out really well.

Tonight I made lamb. It seemed fitting. I paired it with a homemade tzatziki sauce, in which I remembered to squeeze the liquid out of the cucumber before mixing it with the yogurt. This made the consistency perfect. I used some of the cucumber juice in my water. Cuz I'm fancy!

I made cream of tomato soup with cashew cream. It's not vegan as I used chicken broth, but you could use veggie broth and have a similar outcome. I highly recommend it. It's very filling. I paired it with grilled cheese on homemade sourdough.
