I know, I know, the book is usually better than the movie, and I may be setting unrealistic expectations for myself, but I cannot wait to see Osgood Perkins’ The Monkey 🐡 πŸ₯

A photo collage with a pink, blue, and purple background with a picture of a white woman with purple hair. In the center are the words β€œthe vibes I bring to the function” and throughout the collage are photos of things like video game characters, the bisexual flag, and a cancer zodiac sign.

If anyone needs a book to read today I highly recommend On Tyranny: Twenty Lessons from the 20th Century by Timothy Snyder. It’s short and easy to understand and has 20 concrete steps/actions an individual can take to resist a tyrannical government. #booksky

An image of text from the book The Queen by Nick Cutter. Text highlighted in blue reads: he’d discovered that attaining a certain level of wealth entitled you to operate as a law unto oneself. Whatever rules applied to the masses could be overstepped or ignored.
