It does look a bit like Noro, but no. Actually, it’s James Brett Marble Chunky. I had some left from making a wrap for a friend who had lost her husband, years ago.

Swatch using the suggested needles and your usual tension l, and see if you get the gauge the pattern calls for. If your swatch is too big or loose, try a smaller set of needles. I hesitate to suggest trying to change your natural tension because it’s hard to stay consistent.
