The background is grey, darkening to black, in which many pairs of eyes can be seen. There are more monsters than you thought! The caption underneath reads DANGEROUS IN LARGE GROUPS… (Uh oh. We might be in trouble. Back away slowly.)

The caption underneath reads (MIGHT EAT CATS.). I doodled this little beast in my diary, which inspired the four-panel cartoon. The monster reaching for the cat looks to me exactly like a kid reaching for something they know they’re not allowed to touch, staring at their parent the whole time. >^…^<
