Sorry for your loss, Megan. I lost my uncle in November and he was super important to my exposure as a gamer, too. I played his copy of FF Mystic Quest, FFVI, and Earthbound and he had so many other NES and SNES games that shaped my taste. It’s so hard but you’re doing a great job 💜

I finished the Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster pack this week and I’ve placed it in my ranked FF list. My second time finishing X. X-2 is an absolute delight! Last Mission was entirely unexpected; but I had a lot of fun with it (though it was a bit long).

Yesterday I finished Final Fantasy X-2 (HD Remaster) and it was such a delight. A beautiful story of friendship that I dare say I enjoyed even more than FFX.

Say it with me y’all: women do NOT have to play games on harder difficulties, win gaming competitions, or be skilled at games to prove they enjoy video games!

Honestly, no one should have to do that to prove they like games. If you play video games, you’re a “gamer.” That’s all it takes!
