That pos shit review put me in such a bad mood that now I have to do some online shopping to soothe myself.

I am always confused when people are cruel about people's stories about addiction and mental health. Just witness it, you can't really offer an opinion because you're not living their life.

I went back on Twitter to tweet an academic who wrote an awful review of a book that wasn't perfect, but it was someone's addiction story. It's like standing up in an AA meeting and saying, listen, can you stop being so whiny? And while you're at it, stop drinking, we're tired of your complaining.

That made me laugh, in real life.

Women who hate women are the worst but women in publishing who hate other women are the another level of toxic.

The article about Cormac McCarthy and his prediction for an underaged girl in Vanity Fair is unreadable. Vincenzo Barney has basically had one hand on his cock, one holding a copy on the collected works of McCarthy and is typing the article with his tongue. It's horrendous.
