I, for one, am stoked.

Can confirm: grew up Episcopalian (one of the least bad, but still...). Did Sunday school, kids choir, youth group, alter server - the whole nine.

Around 15 I got a job and stopped all of it. Realized I didn't miss any of it. Then started paying attention and yeah - organized religion is a PROBLEM.

So I'm in New Orleans for the weekend and keep seeing National Guard walking around. I've made 3 observations:
1. They're always in groups of three.
2. They all seem pretty young (like, in their mid-20's)
3. They always look bored as hell.

Feels like a gross waste of taxpayer money...
