Not pre-DM, but using the Abbott Lingo device to help dial in some of my Long COVID symptoms. $50/ea for 2 weeks. They are a little cheaper if you get a “subscription” (I did 12 weeks). Really helps to see spikes in blood sugar and causes, as well as reductions (i.e., eating protein first, walking).

This administration has convinced half the country that the real problem isn’t billionaires who evade taxes and collect government handouts but the working class who pay taxes and get nothing in return.

Please stop saying “post-COVID”, back “during COVID”, or other terms implying COVID-19 is over.

COVID-19 is still circulating.

People are still getting & spreading COVID-19.

People are still dying from COVID-19.

People are still going on to get Long COVID & other serious health issues from COVID
