You may have seen an ad from Mayor Frey in the last month lifting up Minneapolis’s Stable Homes, Stable Schools program.
What you probably didn’t know is that he’s actively defunding it.
It turns out, the Mayor’s 2026 budget sends the program over a “fiscal cliff.”
Frey cannot be trusted to deliver on public safety if he can’t even be honest about MPD. All we’ve gotten from Mayor Frey is broken promises and misdirection when there are valid questions about his failures.
On November 4th, we're going to elect a mayor accountable to and honest with us.
When he first ran for mayor, Jacob Frey tried to convince residents that he would make police reforms, since the mayor is in charge of MPD saying, “That’s the mayor’s job.”
But now that he’s in charge, Frey is skirting accountability for the promotion of the officer who killed Amir Locke.
Last year they claimed “illegals” were voting, without any evidence.
They used fear mongering to push for voter suppression laws.
Now they claim “illegals” are getting free healthcare, again without any evidence.
So they can make healthcare unaffordable for millions of Americans.
Enough.

DHS subpoenaed Meta for information about an account that posts names and images of the ICE agents raiding our communities, but @aclu-norcal.bsky.social and advocates are pushing back.
Recording federal agents while on duty in public — and sharing that information — is our First Amendment right.
