Four years ago I woke up at 5 am from distant explosions. I asked my boyfriend if he heard them too, he said he didn’t and I should go back to sleep. I tried to calm myself down, went on the internet, it was silent, no news or explanations.

Many bad things being unveiled and going in the world atm.
not sure where to begin or end my thoughts, and I assume others are feeling the same.
That is by design.
Let’s try our best not to let the feeling keep us “in our place”.
Let’s try to keep living kindly.

I want to chase the ability to feel good tools like that

I’m re-experiencing the feeling because someone I know gave me an incredibly well-made mechanical pencil.
I didn’t realize they were meant to feel this good

Looking at my keyboard and headphones right now.
For the longest time I’d use the cheapest ones you could find (I didn’t think I deserved better), never realising how much value having higher quality tools adds to your life.
Everyone deserves having something like that.

FreeCAD is hard sometimes. tutorials online skip over certain words and terminology that beginners won’t know.
You can’t mess around and click to learn like you would in other programs either, because then the funny red text messages start screaming at you

“Hey I should learn how to use Blender, maybe” -> years pass -> “Hey maybe Now I should learn Blender?” -> years pass -> wind up learning freeCAD instead
