i have become something of an oat milk enjoyer lately

des update: doin good, touching grass. started limiting my social media time to <20 minutes a day, this includes discord. gotten a ton accomplished around the house, started journaling, baked tasty treats, got a lot of exercise, still found ample time to relax, went to bed earlier, felt better.
