It will see astronaut Sławosz Uznański become only the second Pole to travel to space - and the first in almost 50 years - during his 14-day stay on ISS.

Russia closes Polish consulate in St Petersburg and expels diplomats The decision was made in retaliation for Poland's closure of a Russian consulate last month.

Russia has ordered the closure of Poland’s consulate in Saint Petersburg and has expelled diplomats working there.

It did so as retaliation for Warsaw's recent decision to close a Russian consulate in response to Russian sabotage actions.
