Through all of this pain. Nothing seems to help anymore. Being around those closest to me seems to help but at the end of the day, it all comes back hitting me harder than the day before.

Does anyone else go through phases of sadness, grief, and anger over and over again? I get so overwhelmed by all these emotions and bad thoughts that I don't wanna be around anymore but then get angry that I am having these thoughts because of a promise I made to someone close
