Cancer update:
My most recent blood results show my tumor markers have greatly declined to safer levels^-^

I have an appointment with the Oncologist tomorrow before my next round of chemo starts, can't wait to hear what they have to say about this

so: once again i have to rattle my cup at yall. My job hasn't put me on a project in nearly three months and my financial reserves are dwindling. I am in debt to my landlord and I would really like to pay him back ASAP.

One Cycle has been completed already, and my tumour markers are decreasing!! 🎉
While it has been very draining on me, I have support and will be properly cared for during treatment

I'm going to be okay ♥️

While I'm not afraid of the Cancer, Chemo will be very hard on me and leave me drained most days,

so I felt it important to let you all know, if I know you and seem to be absent or unavailable,
I'm not ignoring or dodging you, its just... yeah
Things will be hard.

To ease your concerns:
The cancer I have is VERY SURVIVABLE and treated as CURABLE.
I.e. once its fully eliminated, it no longer comes back.

Since I already had the tumour removed,
all that's left is to clear up the spread with chemo, and then I'm good!

To cut a long story short, I have cancer

I had the tumour removed last month in surgery, but it has spread to the lymph nodes in my body.

So, for the rest of the year, I will be in Chemotherapy to remove the remaining cancer. (🧵)
