The Speaker of the House is instructing Republicans to stop holding town halls because they can't take the heat. It truly reveals the level of contempt they have for the needs of regular people. Shameful.

3/3 This show—Breaking Points—is pretty damn woke. In fact, the whole purpose of Breaking Points is to help people to stay work—to be aware of what is going on. Staying woke isn't about a specific set of solutions or beliefs, it's about keeping your eyes open and seeing that there are problems.

2/3 How about we stop using the word "woke" the way that the Right—Republicans—have re-defined it? How about we use "woke" as it was intended? "Stay Woke." means keep paying attention to what is going on. How about we don't let Republicans co-opt the word "woke"?
