You can hear the Dutch S pretty quickly normally.

Danish with stronger accents are usually easy-ish to recognise, but most dont have as strong of an accent.

Flemings are pretty hard to guess though, the usually dont have a strong accent.

Germans are pretty easy to hear with their r's and "the"s
