This piece features a Snorlax named Harvey relaxing in a wooden beach chair. Harvey wears an unbuttoned collared shirt in blue, and a woven straw sun hat, which casts a crisscross shadow over his face, shoulders, and chest. To his right is a wooden table holding a tall glass of iced tea with a lemon slice and a bendy straw. Harvey calls this hat the "Treasure Hat." I guess it makes him feel like an adventurer?

This piece features a Snorlax named Chuckles going skating! Chuckles is an unusually active Snorlax. He wears red sandal-like skates that let his claws stick out in front. The wheels and front stopper are yellow. He also wears a red safety helmet with yellow details, as well as red and yellow hand/wrist protectors. Chuckles is having a blast!

This piece features a Snorlax named Harvey sitting at a big wood-grained desk, wearing a black headset with a microphone. In front of him on the desk is a laptop. To one side is a USB tape player, and to the other side is a USB vinyl record player. Also on the table are a small number of record albums and a dozen homemade tapes. Behind Harvey to the left is a wall of vinyl record shelves. The wall to his right has tall stacks of tape-holder slots. Harvey does a podcast with lullabies and other smooth, relaxing music like a Pokémon version of John Diliberto (who does "Echoes" on public radio).

This picture features two Pokémon: Tepig, and Turtwig. They are both happily munching on large apples and are glancing over at me, on the right, pictured wearing grey plaid shorts, a yellow T-shirt, a purple plaid scarf, rectangle glasses, and black sandals. I hold a few more apples in my arms. I am pictured in chibi form. We are pictured surrounded by trees, bushes, and daisies. The grass is thick under our feet. We all look happy to be here.

My partner and I have a number of Pokémon plushies, including twin Snorlaxes (Chuckles and Harvey) that are just big enough for a good hug, or to sit in your lap and prop up your chin!

My partner and I have a number of Pokémon plushies, each with their own personalities. We also have large Snorlax plushies (Chuckles and Harvey), just the right size for holding on your lap and propping up your chin.

The room doesn't have much floor space but it is rather tall. It is lit by a light coming down a staircase into the room. An arched passage leads somewhere dark. While he uses the power of the Rondo tape, there are four copies of Ohsone, due to the temporal stutter effect. Each carries its own copy of The Sword. The one with blue eyes and blue scarf is pushing open the shutter on a window high up on the back wall. The one with green eyes and a green scarf hangs from a big iron chandelier with only two candles in it. The one with red eyes and a red scarf is descending the stairs and casting a long shadow into the room. The one with yellow eyes and scarf stands near the dark archway.

Link and Mega Man are exiting a dungeon entrance built into a cliff face on an Island. The dungeon entrance is carved of grey stone and has a stylized sun with an eye at the top. Link is lunging forward with his sword out, saying "Yaaaa!" Mega Man is leaping into the air with his Mega Buster out in front of him. The characters are drawn in a style similar to the official artwork for Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker. This piece was executed in pen, markers, and colored pencil. This piece is dated 20030101.

A dungeon in the style of Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker. Light shines down a flight of stairs, and Link uses his mirrored shield to bounce the light beam into a black chu-chu, which has turned to stone.

This is an outdoor daytime scene. The view is from above, looking down on Pumpy driving a farm tractor that is painted forest green. The tractor is pulling a trailer with four wheels and a wooden bed, and sides that are painted to match the tractor. In the trailer are four large metal tubs filled with red fruits (apples?) The tractor pulls the trailer down a dirt path that has a white-painted fence on either side, which separate the path from green grassy fields. In the field on the left, a black-and-white cow and two black-faced sheep are grazing. In the upper-left corner are two trees that cast a shadow that barely touches the fence on that side. The drawing was executed in pen, markers, and colored pencils. It is dated 20250401.

I have done other detailed pieces since this one, but this is my most detailed piece with little guys doing different things.

This scene looks down on a road paved with gray stone bricks of various sizes. There are white-painted fences on both sides separating the road from fields with black-faced sheep. The sheep look very interested in what Pumpy and Spooky are doing. Pumpy is standing with a red wagon with baskets of apples in it. Pumpy also wears a big basket of apples on his back. Spooky stands in front of Pumpy holding a big apple. Squirrelly sits on the fence behind Spooky. A lamb is putting its head under the fence and eating an apple in the grass.

Titled "Exploration in Blue," this piece is set in a dungeon with walls, floor, and ceiling made out of square stone blocks of different sizes. Cyberpumpkin stands 2/3 of the hallway's height. He holds a torch up that creates a circle of light. Cyberpumpkin's young companion, Rad, stands in front of him, looking at the carvings on the wall. Rad wears overalls, boots, and a magic helmet shaped like a radish. On the wall are two pillars with carvings like hieroglyphics. Between the pillars is a smooth area (a door?) with a big winged scarab filling the upper half, and more hieroglyphics in the lower half. This piece was executed in blue ballpoint pen on the front of a white folder. This piece is dated 05-06-2001.

A nighttime scene with a clear sky with a moon and stars. The viewer is looking at a short tower with a round base built into the slope of a grassy hill. Windows in the sides of the base are open and illuminate patches of the grass. The tower has a wooden stairway that winds around the outside. At the top of the tower is a telescope and a little girl yeti waving down at the viewer.

I think I'm most proud of how things turn out when I draw every one of the stone blocks that make up walls and floors.
