100% I am vitamin D deficient and have been taking a supplement to bring my levels back to normal range at the recommendation of my doctor. It’s horrible how much the industry swindles people because by and large through your normal diet you will get enough nutrients that you don’t need supplements.

Fun fact for those who don’t know supplements are not regulated by the FDA and if you aren’t careful about what you are taking you could cause yourself more harm than good.

Me and my wife started our fitness journey last week and I weighed myself yesterday and I’ve gone down a pound! Nothing huge but it’s always nice to see progress for your hard work!

Every single person who voted for this and supports it is corrupt and inhumane. You have lost your humanity, morals, and ethics. You are devoid of anything that makes anyone a decent and good person. You sold out your country and fellow citizens.

If your response to people being laid off is to play what aboutism or try to justify it from a “business” sense, you need to do some soul searching because you are severely lacking in empathy.

Microsoft is a Trillion dollar company they don’t need to lay anyone off. It’s all in the pursuit of squeezing every cent of profit possible. Those of you who justify this stuff really have no concept of how much money a trillion or a billion dollars actually is. This is greed plain and simple.

The KDH soundtrack has had me in a choke hold and I’ve been getting people ranking the songs on TikTok and everyone is entitled to their own opinions but I will be silently judging those of you putting Golden and How It’s Done towards the bottom of your rankings
