Prosecutor Aoi Daichi ⚖️ ☄️

Mx. Von Karma is going to Germany for a case and they insisted I go with them for additional experience, so I guess I'm going to Germany!

This is also great timing since my cast is coming off in a couple of days :3

Love it when I wake up and can't go back to sleep because its cold and the colder weather change is when my joints hurt alot more :(

"At least Pess cant climb as far as I know; I cant tell you how many times my cat climbs to high places and then decides to leap on my face when I'm not paying attention to her..."

[ Daichi rubs the back of his neck and gives a soft sigh. ]

"Its a good thing she has a cute face..."

These past few days have been rough; I've been seeing *him* everytime I look in the mirror more than usual lately...

I don't even know who I am anymore, but honestly I never knew in the first place.

[ Daichi slightly smiles, giving Pess a few friendly pets. ]

"But seriously; Im not hurt, was just taken aback..."

"Maybe she was an experiencing an adrenaline rush! She was so excited that she just had to tackle someone. I don't know; its usually cats that are friendly to me even if they're not great with people. This is a first time a dog has acted similarly." +

Taka came to visit me again today; and with a mouse none the less!

...How did they know I forgot to eat today?

[ After giving Pess a few pets, Daichi uses his cane to carefully heave himself back up. ]

"Nope; I mean...not anymore hurt than I currently am, heh."

[ He chuckles to himself before dusting themselves off. ]

"Jokes aside, I'm alright! Just wasn't expecting her to torpedo towards me..."

[ A little too late for that, as Daichi doesnt have time to react before he's knocked over by a fluffy torpedo. Thankfully the Prosecutor doesnt seem upset at her directly. ]

"Ow..."

Today is Celebrate Bisexuality Day.

I really like how all my coworkers have unique handwriting; Prosecutor Sahdmadhi specifically wrote in an elegant looking font, they wrote really big, and they wrote with a gold sharpie.

Having a broken leg sucks ass, but I like looking at my cast and seeing all the signatures of people who signed it :]

Today is my first day back at the office ever since I got my injuries and some of my coworkers got me a little cake and some boba tea... 🥹

I mean, I could. But that doesnt really cancel the whole trial, just postpones it. I may as well get it over with now so I don't have to worry about it later.

Besides, its not all bad. Just...troublesome that this even happened in the first place.

Got discharged from the hospital but I have to be on the witness stand tomorrow morning.

My head hurts just thinking about it.

"Oh absolutely! Believe it or not, I've had worse reasons for being here and worse experiences. I'm mostly just mad about my lost groceries, but I'll be fine."

"...I-I-I'm not sure. Apparently the person running is most likely involved with a case another Prosecutor is currently working on. Today was my day off so I don't know anything, but I'm sure they'll get caught...eventually."

A detective came by my hospital room; Apparently the person who pushed me is most likely involved in a case one of my coworkers is on so once I get released from the hospital, they want me to take the witness stand.

I'm even more pissed now. Can't I ever catch a break?

"My leg broke and I got a slight concussion from hitting my head on the pavement, but other than that, I'm fine..."

"...Well, if you don't count the emotional scars from dropping my groceries....I was going to make something good tonight..."

"He-Hey! I didn't do anything!! And this visit has nothing to do with my pre-existing health conditions. Actually, I'm not sure what exactly happened; I was in town getting groceries when someone who was in a big hurry pushed me aside and made me fall." +

I'm so pissed. Fuck my stupid baka life or whatever people say.

"They really are!! I was never allowed to have a cat or any pets as a kid, but I've always felt a sort of special connection with cats...I adopted Lyra about a year ago now. She's a really friendly cat, although she's also kind of a menace...wouldn't have it any other way though!"

"Ye-Yeah! I do have a cat...I always bring her with me to office since she helps with my anxiety, and she always just sleeps on the couch for the most part so she can be pretty hard to see."
