Jesus was not executed for saying “Hey, we should love everyone.”

Jesus was executed because he saw the brutality of empire in the streets of his community and said, “Hey, none of this is normal. None of this is okay. There’s a better way live together.” 1/2

The video is clear, regardless of the lies the regime spews.

Alex Pretti committed no crime. He had a permit to carry. He did not pull his weapon on ICE agents. There was no “brandishing.” He was being a brave, decent human. Then, he was disarmed and murdered by ICE. 1/2

The Trump regime would label Jesus as a “domestic terrorist” for his protest and resistance, if they actually understood who he was and what he meant.

No one…NO ONE…should be okay with Federal agents occupying American cities and murdering citizens in broad daylight. There’s no justification. There’s no excuse. Where you stand now is how history will remember you.

None of this is normal.

Not the threats we’re making toward the rest of the world.

If we don’t stand up, use our voices, and DEMAND better, we’re all in big trouble.

Seems like a good day for this reminder: Christian Nationalism is an anti-Christ ideology and should be rejected by Christians because of our faith, not in spite of it.
