Frostbite by Nicola Twilley about the history and future of refrigeration/food preservation was actually really really interesting. Not as funny as Mary Roach but still really good.

Finally feel like I broke through the funk of editing! Been hitting my ~500 words per day stride again lately instead of the carving three sentences out of silicon with a block of soft tofu that I have been managing. 😆

I'm definitely a morning/evening/I can't sleep writer. :) Maybe would be different if I didn't work a full time job. What about you?
