I can say OUT LOUD that I have been living in Flight-Fight-Freeze from childhood trauma - which has covertly infiltrated my behaviors and triggers most of my life. I understand better the importance of learning how to regulate and release. I will rise! #courage @yungpueblo.bsky.social
