It is strange that I don’t really like food we’ve been told has been engineered to be hyper palatable. Don’t like Krispy Kreme, don’t like chippy chips, don’t like breaded food, don’t like fried food, don’t like a lot of cake, don’t like icing… I could go on.

I love chocolate though. Mmmmm.

I feel like the only British person who doesn’t like Greggs.

The fact I don’t like pastry and am genuinely very health conscious when it comes to food has nothing to do with it, I’m sure!

We just appreciate good quality!

Been to the office (a pointless token gesture), done work, been shopping, been to the gym. Now time for some well-deserved lunch!

Lidl isn’t too bad. I don’t drive so Aldi is my closest cheap supermarket and I find their quality absolutely abysmal. I throw so much stuff out!

Their apples are a whole 15p cheaper! Their kg of yoghurt is too. All adds up etc.

The only positive in going to the office is being by an M&S food which is cheaper than Waitrose.

Well that’s better! Ours is something to do with the post office still but isn’t open to the public.

I was just thinking I’ve always said it’s animal protein that exacerbates my IBS. But maybe it’s the creatine in the animal products?! I’ve been back to experiencing IBS symptoms since I started taking it. Hmmmmm.

Gonna sack it off anyway. I’m so BLEGH.
