I believe I'm very close to disabling AI-based autocomplete in my IDE.
Sometimes it does give great suggestions.
Kinda exactly what I want to type in. It feels magical.
But more often than not, it misguides me and even disrupts my train of thought. Frustrating.

While working on @clickly.app, I've found that some things are reasonably easy to build.
But I can't say that about data formulas.
It takes so much time and mental effort to build it properly to achieve the desired perfection.
I love what it's becoming, though.
Data toolbar in the data formula editor is a powerful tool in @clickly.app.
It helps build complex data transformations easily.

I keep grinding, still very determined, but I'm tired and need to find a way to recover faster.

Yeah, it does seem like a big library (180kb minified), but it's also tree-shakable.
Another option is to use <datalist>, but it's not supported by FF yet.

When creating data formulas in @clickly.app, users can check actual values at any connection point.
It's so helpful for observability and debugging.
And, if a formula produces an incorrect result, it's very easy to find the root cause.
